SHIPPING COUNTRY
We offer two possible options for sending the items you have chosen. After the items you have selected get into the shopping cart, choose the most suitable shipping method for you - DHL Express or Haypost service. After that please select the shipping country.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
Sorelle does not cover import duties and taxes to shipments within the EU and USA. For deliveries outside of these territories, additional customs clearance charges must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
As customs policies vary, we advise contacting your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Sorelle you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Free shipping is offered on all orders above €500.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse your shipment, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges incurred and the cost of returning the package to our Armenian address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or change it to a different size. Please note, we are unable to combine or add an item to an existing order. If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please contact our Customer service team as soon as possible and we will see what we can do for you. You have 7 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return item(s). To send a refund, please use the same delivery service that you used to receive the order. Please also inform us that the refund has been sent via the Customer service form.
RETURNS CONDITIONS
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item packages with your return.
- Return shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery.
- We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped.
- Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- Bodysuits and dresses with built-in bodysuits are non-refundable.
Specific wash and care information is detailed for each product on the website and also stated on the care label inside each item. Please adhere to these guidelines to ensure the longevity of your Sorelle item. We cannot be responsible for damage caused to products when alternative cleaning processes are used.
Due to the delicate nature of the most usable Sorelle fabrics, garments should be handled carefully when wearing jewelry and accessories. Ensure cosmetics and perfumes are fully dry before wearing your items, do not spray perfume or hairspray directly onto the fabric.
Storing your Sorelle product in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Knitwear should be stored flat to prevent stretching. We would recommend hanging delicate lace and chiffon items on padded hangers.
We advise checking all labels on receipt of your item to familiarize yourself with any specific care recommendations, especially when cleaning silk, viscose and cashmere or wool products. Viscose is a semi-synthetic fiber made up of regenerated cellulose. It is highly breathable with a high absorbency and is prone to shrinking up to 5% when washed.
Please note that the fit of each item may vary depending on the style and fabrics used. Individual measurements and sizing information for each product are provided on the items page on the website. We recommend checking against these to find your best size in any given style.
